Friends are Blessings!

Innovative Stamp Creations April release uses images from Nature Silhouette III and Silhouette Butterfly. The gorgeous silhouette flowers were stamped on white cardstock using Distress Inks and the faux watercolor technique. Tiny silhouette butterflies were stamped with Colorbox chalk inks and embossed with Judikins Pastel embossing powder. I distressed the edges of the white with Peeled Paint Distress Ink from Ranger. The large flower was cut from Sizzix Tattered Florals die using paper from Tim Holtz Lost and Found paper stash. A prims flower and pearl offset the center. Friends banner was stamped with Colorbox white pigment ink, Friends saying stamped with Colorbox black pigment and then embossed with clear. I added a strip of Tim Holtz tissue tape along the edge of the white panel and distressed with a bit of Peeled Paint.

I love the Nature Silhouette III sheet! Perfect for either embossing or faux watercolor.
